My doula services
My birth doula service includes; 2 prenatal visits, birth support during labor, 1-2 hours of immediate postpartum support, and 1 60-90 minute postpartum visit with you and your baby(s). My postpartum doula service includes; set number of visits (4 hours minimum) after birth to support you in a full spectrum variety of tasks. This is a great way to be able to have help with other logistics while spending time with your baby during this sacred season.
Birth doula service

My birth doula package includes; 2 prenatal visits that I will accompany you to, to give support or answer questions. Day of birth support and labor support as well as 1-2 hours of immediate postpartum support. And 1 60-90 minute post partum visit.
Postpartum doula service
singleton ($36/hourly) multiples ($55/hourly)
My postpartum service per visit includes: baby care, light housekeeping, lactation support, running errands, meal prep, and cooking. Minimum for 4, 10 hour shifts at time of hire.
